We participate with most insurance plans; however, it is the responsibility of the patient to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance or other deductible amounts. Co-payments are due at the time of service. Monthly billing statements will be mailed to patients with a balance. We kindly ask that you pay your account balance in a timely manner.
If you do not see your insurance provider listed on our website we encourage you to contact our clinic directly. Our administrative staff will be happy to verify whether we accept your insurance.
